How Each Service Is Delivered

Tiling, Stone, And Concrete

Wet rooms, kitchens, and entry halls ask for surfaces that can take water, grit, and daily washing. GybeMark sets porcelain, ceramic, terrazzo-look, and natural stone over prepared beds with movement joints where the architecture needs them. Concrete overlays and microcements are used where a continuous, quiet plane is the right answer. Grout color, sealer type, and threshold height are chosen with the flooring in adjoining rooms so you never feel a clumsy step at a doorway.

Wall, Ceiling, And Trim Painting

Paint is only as good as the surface beneath it. We fill, sand, prime, and caulk before color goes on. Ceilings are rolled for an even, shadow-free field. Trim is brushed or sprayed depending on profile. Kitchen cabinets can be finished in a controlled setting when the brief calls for a furniture-grade sheen. Exterior timber, masonry, and previously coated metal are scheduled around weather, not around a wishful calendar.

Flooring Systems

Hardwood, engineered oak, laminate, and hybrid planks each behave differently with humidity and underfloor heating. We acclimate, flatten, and document moisture readings. Underlay is specified for acoustics and comfort, not as an afterthought. Stair nosings, reducer strips, and closet floors are included in the same visit so the house does not look finished in the hallway and abandoned in the threshold.

Wallpaper, Carpet, And Soft Finishes

Wallpaper is hung after walls are sized and lights are checked, because pattern drift is easiest to hide in poor light and hardest to live with later. Carpets are stretched, seamed away from traffic lanes, and finished with discreet bars at tile or wood. Area rug advice is part of the conversation when a hard floor needs warmth without covering the craft underneath.
