How Project Pricing Is Built
A GybeMark installation quotation is never a single number dropped on a sketch. We measure rooms, note substrate condition, count doorways, photograph transitions, and list every product by name and sheen. Preparation is itemized because filling a cracked ceiling or flattening a subfloor can take as long as the visible finish.
Paint pricing reflects coats, access, and the difference between a flat wall and a stairwell with turned spindles. Flooring pricing reflects waste on diagonals or herringbone, underlay quality, and whether stairs, closets, and radiator pipes are included. Tile pricing reflects layout drawings, waterproofing, and the time it takes to keep grout joints consistent on a large field.
When two trades overlap, we quote them together so protection is not paid twice and so the house is not left half-open between contractors. If a plan above is a better fit than a one-off visit, start with Classic and we will tell you honestly when Standard or Premium would serve the house better.
